This video is an example of an excellent tool that can be utilize by a teacher with not so much experience in the field. It clearly shows how you can apply your native intuition into a teaching technique.
I like this video because the teacher takes the time to explain to the prospect teachers what they should do before getting into the class; the preparation needed in order to be successful in a class.
About the Podcast, I chose a conversation in which they are talking about psychological disorders. I think this can be pefectly used to enhance the vocabulary of intermediate-to-advanced students. This podcast webpage has loads of different areas that can be used in class.

It’s certain that each of us, teachers, end up building our own method of teaching which gets perfected through each class. We make mistakes and learn from them, but we can definitely be better if we dedicate some time to preparation. This is when new technologies can be very helpful.
